Why won't there be 3.6+ CFW anytime soon?

I'm surprise that Sony haven't sued E3 Flasher and Progsket yet. I hope some devs have guts and release new keys anonymously.

Well technically E3 isn't doing anything "illegal" just giving you access to a lower firmware which "just happens to be the one you can jailbreak with".

What...? Are they going to sue everyone else who makes flash programmers too? Don't be an idiot. These products have nothing to do with the ps3.
