1. Is it really too difficult to hack?
or
2. Those people who capable of doing it are anti-piracy?
I'm just curious.

Well it's probably difficult.
But the main thing is the lack of guys working on it.
So many guys have left the scene now.
There's alot of fear of being sued. After the lawsuits started most hackers have stop contributing.
Some hackers apparently are doing things secretly and will not release anything.
The hackers got no balls, I don't think it's anti-piracy related at all IMO.
This. I mean, how hard can it be to release something anonymous ? OK, it won't have your name attached to it and it seems that's all they care about. Nothing new is coming out, so IMO the scene is dead (until a new CFW comes out).
What more do people want?
You can dual boot OFW (for playing your old/new games) + CFW for using homebrew?
What's to complain about?
Both.

I think that's becouse dev's are selfish. And scene don't care about us (pirates, and others). And that's why we HATE PS3SCENE ! That will change when new CFW or some exploit comes ! And 80% of people are waiting to play new (downloaded!) games and that will never change ! They just can't stop piracy !
Sony has teamed up with Skynet so if you try and hack 3.60 and above your PS3 will kill you.
