Why there is no 3.6x CFW?

Why there is no 3.6x CFW? Is this really so much harder to hack than the firmwares before? i mean the hackers started with Nothing and they realised to Jailbreak OFW with CFW and with dongle. Why does it takes so long to make a cfw of 3.6x? Now they've got already some approaches.

Because no one with the skill to crack the 3.60 firmware keys has the balls. Plain and simple. And we don't need a 3.60 CFW just the keys, then we can hack our own eboots.

problem is that $ony target's hackers that release their keys, and like them, if i had the skills to do so i wouldn't do it because i wouldn't want to get sued....
