Where can I download kmeaw?

Tried the 3 links in here, 2 are dead and the one that's working is SLOW and unreliable - connection was interrupted 10 meg before completion

Been cracking on well over a year since I did my last PS3 so it a (re) learning curve. Is there any advantage to QA Flagging my 3.55 slim, only really want my backup's to play for my boy....
