I have loads of mkv etc videos on my old mythbuntu setup that i want to batch convert for use on the PS3 (CFW PS3ultimate) and was wondering if anyone here can recommend a decent program?

I have used handbrake before but cant seem to find consistent settings in google for use with the ps3?
