What is the safest way to downgrade from 3.55 kmeaw???

I'm thinking of downgrading from kmeaw when jaicrabs firmware comes out but don't know the safest way to downgrade.
Could any one help?

QA flag, enable update debug setting, then downgrade from recovery menu.

MAKE A BACKUP OF THE TROPHIES FOLDER FIRST

Srsly, I downgraded yesterday to 2.80, just to see how it was, and the downgrade deleted most of my trophies. Good thing I had a backup.

u say QA flag but do you need the rebug CFW to do that first?

if so then than means you have to install 3.55 OFW first through recovery and then install rebug and then you can QA flag...am i right?
