@beaker5377: PSGroove hermes V4b for 3.41, line 4 in your above post
@BohNatty: It's one of the best payloads out right now. Until Karakoto's payload comes along a little further, it's the one I'd suggest.
Jeesh I do have to start wearing my glasses. Sorry about, but thanks for pointing out too.

I think it's just listed as Hermes v4 if I remember right (was helping another user with their device the other day). Anyway, v4 is the same as v4b. Hermes just fixed the code so it would compile on Windows in v4b.
Is there a way to check and see what payload we have installed
Rogero's manager lists it in the bottom right, I believe.
Once again thanks. Im going to DL that tomorrow.
I find that for the games I've backed up, Hermes and PL3 both show very similar results. I suggest testing out both and seeing what works best for you.
What is this patch mode? Do I have to select that after backing up games to play? I had to do the BD option to get rainbow 6 vegas 2 to play...
does that sound right? it said just put in anydisk ( doesnt matter which one ) and then I seleted the backup and then kicked me to XMB and it came up as if it was a game in the drive.
Also, when I set it up, it asked to disable FTP. Should I leave it enabled? any other settings worth changing?
Patch mode is only for games with controller issues (Eyepet, F1 2010, SSFIV, etc). You should never turn it on unless you have other issues. As for the FTP server, ya only need to turn that on if you need to transfer something to the internal HDD over your network.
