what kind of clone is this?

so after surfing the local modchip sites in my country i came across this pictures and was wondering what kind of clone this is suppose to be ?
ive not seen it before so maybe anyone here have any idea if its genuine or not.. looks quite slick&slim tbh

That barely fits the USB port , how can you have a board in there too ? I've seen similar size in bluetooth adapters . What's the price for that ? Don't rush buying as it could be fake .

yep, i think it's just a bluetooth adapter as well. PS3Keys are pretty small but not that small.
