What Jailbreak USB stick to use

He, for all the new once (including me), what USB jailbreak stick to buy? Because there are so many and I really have no idee what the differences are. Maybe some explenation is required.

Which stick is best with what type/version PS3. I hope you guys can help me/us out.

Well, they do if you have Firmware version 3.41

I reccomend you e3 or p3go, but if you have a Ti-84 or ipod or so you could use it to,
it stupid we cant talk dutch to etshouder because the site gonna translate it.

thats exactly why i started this discussion. For all the PS3 player with basic knowledge it is very relevant to know this. I'm not a console player at all, just a software engineer, and I studied this whole issue know for 2 days to really understand what this is all about and how it all works.

Its really up to you and how much you want to spend. You could buy one of each, they all do the same.

Just don't buy anything that says original PSjailbreak.

I was wondering if we can create our own USB, in a way, like some people mentioned if you have ipod or t-calculators, does it mean we can download the software and make a "magic usb" of our own? For a person like myself, I only want to catch up to date, havent been on my ps3 for 4 months, and boom once I got back, another era began.

I will give you props for that, most people come on here not knowing anything about jailbreaking and expect us to do EVERYTHING for them, and think that they will not need to do any thing on their part.

No and we probally never will, and once January comes, we will probally never need to jailbreak again, or as it seems with all this new info we have about the PS3.

To my understanding, pretty much all the usb dongles are the same with very little difference in features, it's just a matter of price at that point, but if you want a sorta "free" solution, see if you have an andriod phone, ipod, or the ti-84 or ti-89 calculators laying around, it'll save you the trouble to go out and buy one if you already have one of them.

I myself used a ti-84+ calculator, as I had it laying around, mainly used it for one class, after that, never used it again until I bought a ps3. It pretty much did all that I needed it to do, downgrade then jailbreak.
