hey guys ..what folder should the games be in the hdd in order for it to work?
what are the steps
HDD0>GAMES or USB>GAMES
GAMEID = your game
it should look like this:
dev_hdd0/GAMES/GAMEID/
dev_hdd0/GAMEZ/GAMEID/
dev_usb0/GAMES/GAMEID/
dev_usb0/GAMEZ/GAMEID/
dev_usb0/GAMES/GAMEID/
dev_usb1/GAMEZ/GAMEID/
GAMES + GAMEZ has to be capitalized. Multiman will create your folders for you. Just use it's backup/copy feature to put your games where you want them

fairly sure the folders can be called anything you want (the folder within the game folder) as long as the contents remain the same (obviously not including any modded eboots etc) but you're right the GAMES and GAMEZ should be in caps so yeah....
mines...
dev_usb0/GAMEZ/game name/
could be wrong though but I've got several games that arent stored in bles/blus id folders within the gamez folder on my usb drive

you can call the gameid folder whatever you want. I just used GAMEID to specify it's the folder for the game. You can call it "Blue Moon River Winding Down The Bend" if you really wanted to - it doesn't matter
also you don't have to use GAMES/GAMEZ but if you want it stored in a different location, then you need to edit multiman's options file. If you're new then just stick with GAMES/GAMEZ
