What do I need to buy? help please

i just got my hands on an old phat ps3 but it has already been updated to 3.72. i am new to this and (probably already a post of this so i apologize if this is in the wrong place or is a duplicate) so what do i need to buy/download to get back to a fw that will run multiman? i have seen alot about these e3 card readers or flashers or whatever but i am clueless as to what they do or which one i would need. is there a cheap way to do this? specifics or links would be greatly appreciated

best think u need to do is buy a E3 flasher.......everything else is just fake.......
u can also use progskeet but it takes much time and also some soldering........
e 3 flasher gonna provide you dual boot in which you can run 3.55 as well as 3.72......So best of luck.
