What is this bles# thing?

Well im a noob at this sort of stuff, but please if ure going to be an asshole please dont post, it takes u time to post something im not even gonna care about :S, Ive read about this Bles thing, example : BLES90938 or something like that, how do i know which one im supposed to have on my ps3? I really appreciate any type of possitive answers on this

its basically the games id number each game will have a different one.

Well, when i try to go on app/PS3_GAME it says an error has occured u have any ideas on why this might be happening? :S

Im Using the newest Open manager thing is Im trying to backup my COD MW2 they say its not possible but there is a post, where it says its possible to do it by replacing the BLES file or something like that, do u have msn by any chance?
