What is the best firmware to use right now?

Hey guys I've been in the dark ages for way too long and I want to play Dead Space 3 and other games without the need of patching games. I really want to play dead space 3 so I am willing to update my ps3 to the latest CFW

so what is the best CFW to use right now? that is on 4.30 and can I just update directly from 3.55 to it?

im 4.30 ermac latest multiman and i havent patched since but 3.55 has more hombrew and cheat supports and dongles but it is fun on 4.30 erma

Thanks but I am not sure though.... I was thinking more of rogero of rebug.... I cant find the 3.55 eboot patch for the game anywhere and nothing is confirmed that that game works properly on 3.55.

Ima do some research on rogero and rebug and decide what works best for me.

Rogero if you like a stock xmb. Here's the file Rogero_CEX_4.30_v2.05.PUP go rebug if you like Red icons instead of blue, want the ability to unlock trophies you didn't earn, want a fake ps plus sign next to your id, don't mind pop up messages here and there, and extra folder on the XMB for no apparent reason... Those are basically the differences.

REBUG REX(if he in fact means 4.21) paired with the latest mM can do any and all Rogero paired with mM can, as for the extra folders, the proper view gets rid of those, REBUG along with debug options(CEX/DEX) also has the option for OtherOS++. Let's not forget REBUG also has a 4.30 CEX which is very similar to Rogero 4.30

Go for Rebug 4.30.1.

If you are already on 3.55 CFW, first enable QA, then make a NOR/Nand dump using multiMAN, then remove any game BD from the drive and install Rebug 4.30.1 from XMB.

Also make sure you update multiMAN to the latest version because versions older than 4.17.03 are not compatible with Rebug 4.30.1.

And if you had patched eboots to run on 3.55 CFW, you have to restore your original unpatched eboots to run on 4.30 CFW.
