What am I doing wrong?

I purchased a ps3 with OFW 3.40. Updated to OFW 3.55 then updated to kmeaw CFW 3.55. I'm running the most current version of Multiman and have installed the permissions fix as well as bdemu. I've copied several games to the internal hdd and when I attempt to run all of them, the game begins to load and then returns to XMB. I've tried with and without an original disc. These are the games I've tried so far: Black Ops, Uncharted: Drakes Fortune, Bio Shock I, Duke Nukem, and Brink. Some of these require 3.6 and therefore I need to replace the eboot. That hasn't been successful for me either. I would think though, that at least Uncharted and Bio Shock I would work as these are older games. Am I missing something? I've read and re-read forums here and elsewhere, watched YT videos and read wiki's trying to piece together what I'm doing wrong. Can anyone help?

the only thing you're doing "wrong" is that you are NOT starting the game. by selecting it in multiman, you're only LOADING the game into a useable memory space. when it kicks you back to the xmb, goto the "game" icon in the xmb and look for the "disc" that represents whatever disc game you put into your console. you'll notice that regardless of what game is in there, it'll be the game you LOADED from multiman. push "x" on that and you're good to go.

sorry but not all game's will work at the moment on kmeaw give it time the DEV's are amazing they only do it for knowledge no $ it will get there the DEV's I speek of in there heart they cant and will not let it go without full function it takes time they do it on there free time look at all the other scene's they were simple compared to the PS3 but I have faith in the DEV's they will lock it down just chill give it time

I should have been more clear. I've been doing what you describe. Starting the game from xmb after loading it in Multiman and still getting kicked back to xmb.

All the games I'm attempting to load are internal.

I'm aware that not all games are working and certainly don't blame the devs. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for what they do. However, I know that a few of the games I've copied to the internal drive do work for other people. I'm sure I'm just missing a step somewhere.

i dont know what you're doing wrong then, because three of the games you mentioned (black ops, uncharted, brink) work perfectly fine for me....

Do you have bdemu2.bin installed? Try fixing permissions on multiMAN.
