Weird?

Today something weird happened while upgrading my ps3. My ps3 was on ofw 3.41. I installed ofw 3.55 succesfully. Than i installed cfw 3.55.

I than wanted to install rogero 4.21 cfw, but I forgot that there was a dvd in the ps3 (original move dvd). So my ps3 rebooted and it did install the firmware. But instead of upgrading to the 4.21 firmware, it was back on 3.40 firmware!?.

I repeated the same procedure, but without the move dvd. Now it installed the rogero custom firmware.

Can anybody explain what happened?

It happens when QA flag gets enabled. it will look to PS3_UPDATE folder on the Disc in the bluray drive 1st b4 looking to the USB

I didn't know it was possible to downgrade from cfw3.55 to ofw3.40.
