want to chnge cfw from wanikoko to Wutangrza cfw...

hi folks.. i have installed wanikoko cfw on my ps3 40gb without any issues..every backup is working fine.. but now i want to change to Wutangrza cfw..as i hav read many posts that wanikok cfw messes with lv2 which can be dangerous for ur ps3... now i want to knw tht how to come back to ofw 3.55 from wanikoko.. do i need to come back to ofw 3.55 from recovery menu???? will coming back to ofw 3.55 from wanikok through recover format my hdd???? i know whole procedure of installing Wutangrza cfw from ofw 3.55.. just want to know the way to install ofw 3.55 on wanikoko cfw 3.55.. any help will be appriciated..
