How do I get the World At War DLC's on my 3.55 at the moment since nobody can access the PSN store?

If you have a valid act.dat file then you can use ReactPSN to activate the dlc

Do you mind explaning what a act.dat file is?

The act.dat is the ps3's activation file for dlc's, find it in hdd0/home/00000001(or a different profile)/exdata , if it's there then you can use ReactPSN

To obtain the DLC you could do a data transfer from a retail machine thats on the PSN. Swap the HDD in your OFW for a spare one to avoid data loss. download your legally purchased content to the OFW machine and install. when finished swap your CFW PS3 hard drive for another spare one big enough to hold all your games and saves from the OFW PS3 again the use of the extra HDDs is to prevent data loss. once this is done spoof your CFW ps3 to 4.21 and perform the data transfer. once complete the content can be extracted by installing and using a file manager. Multiman is a good choice. once you have copied the entire game directory and the activation files for it from the HDD you can swap back to your original PS3's HDD and turn it off for now.... Gt to the PC and pack the game ior DLC into a pkg and install through the install packages menu on the PS3. copy the .rif .rap or whatever files to the external HDD in the exdata folder and use react PSN to activate the content. (though I'm pretty sure this only works if the console you transfer to is activated for game content on your account. so if it's never been on PSN this will not work!)


FYI this has indeed been tested by myself to work. If you have a CFW console and an OFW console that have both been activated for your PSN titles then this should be doable.
