Vanquish crashes my ps3 when trying to start

vanquish refuses to work for me. i installed it on my internal hardrive and try to load it but it always just shows a black screen and when i try to get out of the screen i cant, i have to restart my ps3. im using hermesv4b and i have tried deleteing the game and tried to put it on again but that didnt work either. i tried diffrent backup managers and still no dice, anybody know what could be causeing this?

Same problem here, using hermes v4b and OM 1.172, minimus avr 32b, ps3 slim

get black screen which crashes ps3 with or without the disc in!!

edit: using internal by the way....ftp'ed game via flashfxp.

I'm on backup manager 1.16, with the Hermes/Kakaroto/Whatever hex and vanquish works 100% for me.

Yeah, that one. I haven' updated in a while, and games like Vanquish and Force Unleashed II work 100%.
