I am gonna have to say Maximus Avr board you can get them at VGC Repairs

VGCRepairs is the greatest store that I have found for all of my needs. But this guy is from the UK and probably wants something closer. But still, even I recommend this store, they will ship to the UK! Make sure to get the ATMEL and not the PIC version. The atmel version is easier to use, and less accident prone

i saw another thread where you say about using phones, i have the n900. would i just be able too use this?

N900 looks a bit ropey, think i'll buy a proper stick

I would say the minimus, either one I suppose, and throw in the case! If you can find the 16kb maximus, with the atmel board, I would get that one. VGCRepairs is the only place I know of.
