upgrade internal hdd?

ok got a new internal hdd, want to upgrade slim 3.41, do i just replace it but what about the game saves or anything else,back up managers need installing again etc, how do i got about it simple step by step??

...Did you even go as far as to find out what "backup utility" might do? Or perhaps use google to learn about a feature that was available from the first day the PS3 was released?
