Updating to OFW

I have Kmeaw 3.55 and played online with the 3.60 spoofer until it was stopped.
I'm wondering if I update to OFW 3.60 what's the chances of being banned from playing on PSN for using the spoofer or having CFW previously installed?

All you have to do is uninstall the spoofer and update to 3.60. You won't get banned. I promise.

I haven't read anything about people getting banned as soon as they updated apart from the black ops cheaters.

I played Black Ops with the spoofer but didn't cheat. It's just I heard Sony allowed the spoofer to work for a while just to flag people for banning later, but I'm probably just paranoid.

SHould I install the the official 3.55 update from a flash drive then do a network update or is it ok to do a network update from Kmeaw?
