When people say they "can't" update games, do they mean that the update literally won't download or that choose not to because they don't want to risk compromising their system?
I have been updating games just fine. With the exception of Heavy Rain 2.0, all my updates have downloaded and installed directly from PSN without a problem.

hummm, some games doesn't have updates yet and some other games aren't able to update in JB mode i guess...even if they downloaded the update and installed it by themselves.
And it's more a problem of the update not installing and creating some errors i think.

In some cases like Uncharted 2, where it has multiple files, then you need to install them one by one, oldest to newest, in order. Most of the time, the current update allready has all the other info from the previous updates in it, and that is why you wil only find one update for the game.
