updating backup manager and loss of ftp'd games

i reinstalled my backup manager a while ago and lost about 10 hours worth of ftp'd data should this happen or should i be able to update and the newer version just find the installed games or do i have to start a fresh everytime i update it

Good question. I have wondered this too. It would seem as though that Data would be deleted as it is in a sub folder of the backup manager. Gonna have to give that some thought.
