When i go to brewology to download updates, should i download all updates for the game im downloading or only the latest?? The reason why im asking is for example ........ v1.01 is like 250mb and v1.02 is like 50mb and so on.

Most updates are done in conjunction. Meaning, you have to d/l all of them and step your way through the updates.
