updateing my firmware from 3.41 firmware to 3.55 custom firmware

i am thinking of updateing my firmware from 3.41 firmware to 3.55 firmware
so then i would not need the psjailbreak dougle anymore


but is the 3.55 Custom Firmware by Waninkoko safe to use because i dont want my ps3 to stop working if i do update my ps3 from 3.41 firmware to the Custom Firmware 3.55 i just want to know if it is safe to update to this

Waninkoko will only install on 16MB NAND PS3s. So, if you have a phat and your model number is CECHA through CECHG then you'll end up with a brick. All other models it should be fine with. As for kmeaw's CFW, it works on all PS3s.

i wouldnt touch that one at all. lost of reports of bricking.
kmeaw's seems the safest by far.
