Update Ps3 Media Server w/o internet

I have a 3.55 cfw ps3 and I would like to update my PMS. I don't ever connect my ps3 to the internet, are there anyway to update the ps3 media server without connecting to the internet? FTP? If so where do I download the update file and where would I place it.

Isn't that a program/app for windows/mac? The media client on ps3s don't get updated unless through firmware updates if that's what you're talking about.
