Update P3GO

I want to update My P3GO to the update 26/11
How I do it?
I have a file UPDATE.BIN and HEX folder.
I've read guides but I did not understand them

If you have 20101118-update.- then simply put the last update to the root, NOT TF card or you brick it. Must be some text to the stick with version of bin, good luck. The method - simply copy the BIN to the stick, the unplug to pc usb port, and plug it again. After 5 sec is done, must see v9 to the ps3 menu.

How do I know what version of my P3GO
He may have been updated for 26/11?!

I've updated the P3GO to 2010-12-08
He also updated to HERMS V4B?
I do not have HEX folder.
