update games after jailbreak ps3 3.55,how???

hello all,2 questions....
1.i install the cfw on my friend's ps3.
the ps3 say that he need to do a update for make a new user for the network login.but i dont want to update the firware because i lose the jailbreak,what i need to do for opening a new user to updae my games like pro 2011??
2.i copy the game GTA IV to the hdd and try to run him but nothing happened,just a black screen,why??other games like pro 2011 and need for speed is runing from the hdd without any problems at all.how i can fix this??

You do not need to be logged in to PSN to get updates, you only need to be connected to the internet. So even with KMEAW 3.55 you will still get game updates as normal.

As far as the blackscreen issue goes, try fixing permissions for it (R1) and make sure you have the most recent version of Multiman. If that does not work, check out the game compatability thread or try re-ripping the game

one more question please...
i succeed to download update from Multiman for the game pro 2011 and installed the update.when i launch the game,in the open screen were it say "press start button" it show me that i have 1.02 data pack,but when i play the game and select my team i see that noting has change like the players and it's like the data pack not installed.
what i need to do to update the game correctly??
i try to remove and install again but it dident work for me
