Update to 3.41?

my slim ps3 is firmeware 3.40, checked on this site Ps3OsRels - EurAsiaWiki
for EU 3.41 update but there is 3 releases for 3.41 update, which one should i download?

download the one dated august 02 ,2010 (Silent second full release)

this update is the full update.

Is it SAFE to re-install v3.41 on your PS3?

I purchased my PS3 w/ v3.40 and updated to 3.41 but I'm pretty sure it was NOT the Aug. full release version.

Will I be able to update it again w/ the August version or not?
