Uninstalling jailbreak and other stuff ?

I'm impatient and have decided to update my ps3 tommorow , what files do i have to delete to avoid getting banned if that can even happen , i had backed up the new spiderman game and toystory for my son on there , im having madden withdrawl gotta get back online

oh, well just delete the backup manager from the game column, and whatever else you installed (open manager etc etc)
unplug your JB
you should be fine after that

make sure u format your hd, you never know what ways sony have of monitoring you!

how do i go about formatting my hd , my ps3 is fairly new so no big deal for me , especially since i dont give a shit about trophies and what not.... thanks in advance

Sony hasnt banned anybody for jailbreaking. As long as you update to 3.5 sony is happy cuz your system is now un-jailbreakable
