After you do a copy of the internal to external with Comgenie's Awesome Manager the file and folder are hidden and you cannot uncheck the hidden attribute.

Here a little command to make your folder and files visible/unhidden:

start => Run > type CMD > type attrib -s -h -r /D /S "HDD:\GAMEZ\BCES00081\*.*"

Of course you need to replace the RED italic part with the name of your hdd and folder since it's just an example

All the files and folder will become unhidden

I've also found a tool but it seems very limited as it can only change the attribute of one folder or file at a time:
