Unexplained Freezing

Hey, everytime I try to copy a game from the external to internal, it will freeze at a certain point. It's a different spot on each game and I don't get it. I split the files over 4gig, transferred to external, then it freezes in all gaia, rogero, and multiman. I'm using 3.55 kmeau. This has happened for games like Resistance. Anything that needs file splitting it messes up... I do not want to FTP the games as it takes foooorever to do. I haven't modified the .eboot's nor param.sfo's, could this be the problem? Thanks to anyone who can help.

They work for me... maybe try using the Lv2 patcher before launching them? Doubt that's the issue but doesn't hurt. You sure you have internal HD space for them? Also are you sure you're being patient? How long did you wait? What splitter did you use? Give an example of the last output line you get before it freezes.
