uncharted 3 no sound or video

i have downloaded uncharted 3 and applied the 2gb fix then the game worked i go to menu there is no music and when i play i hear the sound of shooting and punching only i dont hear them talking and no cutscene and i want to know how many files should i have and i didnt extract psarc files the fix didnt need it please help thanks
