Trying to copy a game off ps3 onto pc or usb (no router or ethernet)

Just wondering if someone knows the option in Multiman to backup to USB? it keeps saying automaticlly backup to internal hdd.

Ok its now asking to backup to USB after you say no to internal hdd. But Multiman doesnt seem to auto split files, saying not enough space on the USB when there is 14gb free.

is it fat32? what are you trying to copy?

it happened to me just recently, had to reformat the hdd . its doing it to another but i hooked it up to my pc and emptied my trash bin and now its gone. but if its fat32 then in game options i think you can usb patch and that will split the files, i think..

yeah basically plug a usb hdd formatted to fat32 into your ps3, boot up multiman and goto the game you want to backup to usb and click backup it will then say do you want to backup to internal hdd say no and it will then say do you want to backup to external hdd
