Can you really downgrade from any firmware or is it not possible yet?

That particular link is true when trying to go from 3.55 down to 3.41 or even 3.15 with QA Flagging and OtherOS++ but when it comes to higher than 3.56+ you will need whats called an Infectus chip to downgrade and becomes considerably more complicated. See link for more information

To "Legally" Use otherOs would be a reason

Also to enable the 8th SPE. But then again, this bump wasn't necessary.
