Trophies oddity

Been on 3.65 (my own choice) for about 2 weeks, since then I've gotten a few trophies (Batman, GOD III) the sync operation completes fine but when I go to my profile (either on a computer or on the console) it shows the last trophy was something from Fallout 3 [Although it was the german F3)

Rebuild the database? Some other option?
