Transitioning to 3.55 from 3.41 - Could use some help. –

Hey folks.
I've been on 3.41 and happy with it for a long time, never saw the need to upgrade to 3.55 and I remember some early feedback where people were experiencing rare instances of freezing in the XMB, which kept me from ever considering moving on to said firmware.
PSN access has returned to CFW it seems, and because of it, I'm reevaluating my choices.
So if I do choose to go through with it, which CFW should I pick? And why? Is there any benefit to staying in 3.41? Is there any merit behind the freezing reports?
Thanks in advance.

The only problem you'll have is if you've used fixes for games to play on 3.41 then you'll have to get the original EBOOT's to work on 3.55 and there are heaps of good repo's to get them back. Freezing in the xmb can happen but if it does it would be a rare occurrence and I cant remember the xmb freezing since Waninkoko's3.55. Kmeaw would be your best bet if you just want the 3.41/dongle experience or you can get Rebug which has alot of cool features but if you want to play the latest games(well most of them) then you should get the True Blue dongle NOT a clone although team E3 is working on a similar solution if you can wait.

PS3 SuperSlim 120gb Firmware: 4.31 OFW / PS3 Slim 1Tb Firmware: Rebug 4.30.2
