    Hi guys I just transfered ps3 saves from my cousins ps3 for final fantasy 13. (51 hours in..)

    and i got my saves on there. and i can play the game from my save. but since i didn't create the save on this ps3 it wont let my override the file with a new save when playing on the transfered save file...

    help!!! i'm so far in.. i can't restart now... i just caaant. heelp

    I've had a go at editing the save file data for FFXIII but it hasn't worked for me. Have a read of james tanner's guide, it's really good! Here's the link: Game Saves « JamesTanner.co.uk

    Basically the idea is to create a save file on your current PS3 so you can track what your Account ID is from that save file. You then use that Account ID and copy it into the save file you got off your cousin (in your situation) so that the PS3 will think your account created the save file and therefore it is yours so you can save over it.

    Again, it didn't work out for me but tell me how it goes for you.
