Just use your disc copy.

so retail disc (on a 3.41) system will work with move? I thought they would require me to 3.50 to run the retail disc no?

From what I understand, you can update with the retail discs, but you can't update backup copies with retail discs.

It has to be a retail disc update on a retail install of the game. (Non-jailbreak)
