ti-84 wont connect after the first time

I have a ti-84 plus silver edition that connected once and i put the first jb on it......then i found my ti-84 plus and it connected the first time and i put the jb on that one......now i am trying to upgrade to the latest and i cant get these damn things to connect to computer anymore.....i uninstalled and reinstalled ti connect and still no go......please help......Also can someone point me to the best payloads that work with the most games.......it kinda confusing going thru 17 pages and all this diff downloads. thanks in advance

You must uninstall the "hook" from the JB app on the calculator. Just got press the unistall button(#3) and it shall work now.

man this is killing me.....i have been at this for days reinstalls and unplugs and still nothing.....now i got the computer to say ti84 is connected but ti connect cant find it.....it keeps serching com3......DAMMMMMIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTTTTT

same here i need to upgrade to the latest firmware on my ti and i get the same connection problem

i just went to a friends house and connected to his computer that never had a ti cal connected to it and got my files on it......sucks
