well i used psn spoofer 4.20 and it worked marvelously....... BUT...... the forking game is in Germannnnnnn! ARGHHHHHH Veinerschnitzel! I read im sol with changing languages so ima just get the original version. If yall heard of something where i can change the language let me know, i checked the fricking settings (i translated em all ugh) and nothing.

I replaced the .sfo into hdd0/game/bles00901/usdir then replaced the eboot in game backup with the resigned and the ps3 just says that i need to system update to 3.60? :/ When i edit the param in my ultimate edition should i change the software version to 3.55 cuz it says 3.42 i think or do i simply need to change game id number and thats it?

What about the eboot inside my ultimate edition folder? that doesnt need to be fondled with? Or just the update folders eboot? when i installed both updates i only saw one folder inside hdd0/game called bles00901... that should be the only one correct?

Several questions:

Can someone tell me the proper step of using the scetools to decrypt the eboot to 3.55 files. Do i open scetoolsgui or brute force inside the folder?

So param.sfo has to be edited to 3.55 always correct?

Also, how come i needed to change the game id for this game?

Another thing, for this game, thanks to bahamut, now i know i had to update this game completely and edit the eboot FROM THE update folder and not the original backup folder, how the hell am i supposed to differentiate when i need to decrypt the eboot from the update folder or from just the original backup folder eboot?

Sorry for all the questions but i wanna do a couple of games. Well now you guys know that FallOut Ultimate Edition does work if patched! Just dont get the German version like my stupid ass did.

Too late for you now probably, but just in case anybody else runs into it like I did all you need to do is change the language in the config file in the USRDIR folder. Change sLANGUAGE=GERMAN to sLANGUAGE=ENGLISH.

yes, you need to change the game ID to an english region (US or UK) and use a patched latest update for that version. I also made a hybrid copy using the BSA (I think that's what they're called) files from the UK version and put them in the GOTY edition. Everything is English except for the DLC content
