TB CFW to Rogero CFW? Can I? Should I? Safest Route?

I'm currently runnning a slim with TB CFW 3.55 and i wondered if i should move over to Rogero? I've been out of the PS3 Scene for a while and wanted a "straight-up" answer to this question. I think the TB is 2.7 and i just wanted to know what's the best way to go from here?

I've got a USB 2TB i can hook into it and wanted to get the most compatibility, best speed, best all around function. I've added a 12v external fan to my PS3 to keep it cool and i don't see a problem with heat at this point.

I'm not a newbie, but I'm no veteran by any means i just need someone willing to give me a solid 20 mins of their time to point me in the right direction. Please, don't do the "Google it" but. When you Google, you get 90% BS and 10% fact on many PS3 firmware searches. Google is only useful if you know the exact words to use and i don't know the exact words and i have tried.

Basically Googling has led me to post this.

So, can i go back?
How should i go back?
What are the best homebrew apps to get the most compatibility?
Would some sort of "dual-boot" be better?

I just can't get a straight answer and a mistake would cost way too much considering there are few people, in my area, that deals with firmware writing hardware and even less who know how to use it "right" (ugh).

I know some of you guys are pros at this and some of you will forget more about this than i will ever learn so...please, help me out.

First install Kmeaw from Recovery then (if your console isn't QA Flagged) install and run Toggle QA from Rebug's website, then you can go straight to the 4.xx firmware of your choice. Keep in mind that all of your TB patched games will need their original files eg. eboot's. Also any patched PSN games you have installed will need their eboot's resigned for 4.xx CFW's and homebrew's will need to be updated.

Okay, did everything but the new update. Ran the QA, got the 3 beep and reboot to the dashboard.


After this part, i can probably handle it, i just need to know if it's cool to go straight to this one and am i making a good choice here?

What's the best firmware, with the most compatibility and stability to go with? I see you're using Rebug 4.21.1...how is it working out for you? Basically i want to go with a firmware that is constantly being worked with that will update often enough so i won't have 6 month wait periods for a lot of games to be available.

I ask, maybe 2 questions, a year. Most of it i can get on my own but i want to go with people who know their stuff and i take advice from people who know their business.....and that's you guys.

there is no wait for games to be available anymore. every game coming out works so far. both Rebug and Rogero are very stable. I use Rogero because i find no interest in the features of Rebug. Rogero is simple and clean.
