Switched Rebug firmwares only to get problems

So I have had no problem restoring the three PS2 games I bought off on Rebug 4.20.1 and 4.20.2, but due to DeanK stating we iwll lose MM support I upgraded. Well I am trying to activate the content and it says it can be used by anyone on this machine but I get a copyright error when starting the PS2 games. Using a 2500 slim and never had any problems with reACTPSN on this system till now. I tried the b variant but my ports for usb are 001 and 002 I don't have 006 like I did with my phat PS3 that Rebug never worked for. So can I go form Rebug 4.20.2 from 4.30.1 easily then back to the FW after activation? Or do I have to use Rebug 9.99, QA flag, update to 4.20.2 then activate and upgrade back to 4.30.1. I swear I will never get a new HDD after this one. I will just daisy chain USB drives lol

I would say to go back to what works for you. Deank later stated that 4.21.2 hasn't been ruled out yet since it's a lot more stable than 4.30 of any firmware. As long as you're QA flagged, you can just install the firmware that works for you from the XMB

Personally I'm sticking with Rebug 4.21.2

I'm a bit confused because I think you typed in some wrong numbers. Do you mean you were on Rebug 4.21 and then updated to 4.30 and then had the problems on 4.30? If so, just go back to 4.21 like Bahumat said.

I'm on Rebug 4.30.1 and never had a single problem with it so not sure how the 4.21 firmwares are more stable o.o
