strange issue

I have a 1TB hdd as my internal drive which was formatted when i updated & when i was on 3.41 it performed great, but since i have updated to kmeaws 3.55 cfw i cannot get any game to load from my internal drive, all external game boot fine, but internal they boot & black screen.
Most times i can still exit back to xmb but its just weird how no game will run from it, any ideas? as its driving me
