Start Button???? AND JB?????????

So I bought a 250g from walmart today it came with 3.30 fw so I upgrade to 3.41 mod ok went to play my 2k11 from disc and my start button doesn't work? so I backup my 2k11 to internal hdd and the game boots fine but just runs in demo mode because my start buttons not working I've tried 2 controllers and 2 move controller all buttons work but the start button.... I can exit the game fine with the PS button? anyone else have this problem?

I can safely say I haven't had that problem. I've even backed up 2k11 and run it and my start button works fine.

If it's not the controllers then it must be your firmware. I would recommend repairing it using the recovery console. (Just do a search for how to do that.)

Failing that... you can always downgrade back to 3.30 and then upgrade back to 3.41.)

You are using a outdated payload and/or backup manager.

This was a problem in the beginning of the JB scene, affecting mostly Playstation MOVE games, and a few non MOVE games including NBA2k11

If you're using hermes v4b payload, enabling patch mode in various Backup managers should fix those controller issues for it. You could also use the PL3 NONAUTH payload to do that fix, without having to enable patch mode. I'm not sure which backup managers still have an option for patch mode still in it or not.
