spoofer confusion –
03-03-2011,07:52 AM
I cannot sleep here is what I need to know. I have 2 ps3s both on 3.55, one harddrive. I hadhad mine spoofed to 3.56 and I took the harddrive out to put in the second ps3, I am an hour away from my house about to sell the second ps3, having second thoughts...when I get home and put a brand new drive in my first ps3, what firmware is it going to ask for? Can somebody reply and/or try this and let me know? Thanks a lot.

I would guess it would just ask for 3.55 since a spoof is just a spoof, not the actual firmware. Not positive though since I haven't used the 3.56 spoof and am not sure how it is applied. Just make sure you do a manual download and update via usb stick since 3.55 is no longer available via psn.
