Split Backups

First I´m sorry for my English.Second I´m a Noob.
I have a question.
Is the Game (Vanquish)a Split file?Becouse I´ve downloaded with FTP
from my orginal disk to my Pc.Next I have put the Backup to my ExtHDD,and Win says me that the File is to big for Fat32.Now I have used Split4G from Multiman and I got splitted the Backup.At last I´ve putted back to my External.
And the Strange thing is the backup worked (split)on my ExtHDD with the newest Multiman.Is this normal?

It will probably work until it tries to read the file you split, at which point it will probably crash hard.

Ohh thanks.Good to know.I put the Backup back to my InternalHDD.
