    hello,

In fact I have a FAT PS3 with 60GByte running Kmeaw CFW 3.55 and i have a space problem, (when I remove every things from intenal HDD, in information system it says 34/55), I Think the 20GByte left are due to Linux installing from firmware 3.21 (i think) purpose and since SONY removed the Linux partition, I was not able to get back my 20GByte Linux partition. My question is if i format my intenal HDD, could i get back my 20GByte left and if there is a problem that could occur when formating of the HDD under Kmeaw CFW.

    THX for your replies .

It should have been removed during the update. But it's safe to format under kmeaw. Nothing bad will happen since it's saved on the flash.

If you want any files from the hdd, then you can either use the backup/restore utility or FTP/comegenie's file manager
