Is this going to be a solution for 3.5 f/w?

PS3 jailbreak possible with a Sixaxis or DualShock 3 controller

No....this is old news and it's just another way to jb 3.41 but not 3.50

I would say no as this guy only installed a Pic board (JB device) inside a PS3 controller, I think it still falls in the catagory of the two different update blocks

3.42- blocked the exploit (which this uses)

3.50- blocked unlicensed USB support (pic board)

those are updates, those are blocks. sounds to me like update blocks, maybe not your input on this subject would be really appreciated

I should have been clearer. I understand the pic board is unlicensed, but using the controller to gain usb access, would this be the avenue that they are going to take. If this makes no sense to anyone, I apologize for my ignorance.

The PIC board gains USB access first so no, as stated above there is no exploit as of FW 3.42

it is impossible to JB 3.50 cos the hole has been patched. a brand new method is needed, which there is NONE.
