This has been the most quiet day around the subject for at least three weeks.

Are we giving up complete freedom in 3.55?

Have Sony scared the crap out of everyone who was working on it?

yep , I think so

and this geohot lawsuit has slowed the progress imo because they all scared now and only mirroring sites endlessly.

If it were possible, Geohot probably would have done it.. But he said it was to dangerous or something..
Anywho, I bet he's glad he didn't make any progress with getting any BM working

Wouldn't help his case much in the trial..

For now i think but if it isnt i dont think anyone is going to name there selfs and share what and how they are doing all over the internet for the reasons geohot is going though now.
